Meet Our Staff
DEEANN MOREN
Dee Ann began teaching at Dove in 2002 and oversees our 3 through 6 year old classes. She has training in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe and acrobatics. She was also involved in twirling, cheerleading and was flag corps captain and chaplain for Enid High School Band. As an adult, Dee Ann has performed, choreographed and taught for many churches. She was the dance leader under well-known worship leader and song writer, Dennis Jernigan, at Western Hills Church in Oklahoma City. For seven years, she was the flag corps instructor for Comanche High School Band. Dee Ann has been married to her husband, Billy, for 26 years. Dee Ann is the mother of 3 children and is a part of the children’s leadership at Heritage Baptist Church.

SAVANNAH Nix
Savannah has danced for 19 years at Dove Dance in classical Russian ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, pointe, and acrobatics. She is certified to teach through Dance Masters of America, and her heart is to spread the love of Christ, teaching girls on a weekly basis, performance, and various dance outreaches & ministries. She has been involved in dance performances with the International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem since 2002, and has appeared on international television while performing at "A Night to Honor Israel". She has traveled on dance related trips to Colombia, China, The Philippines, and Mexico. One highlight was being invited by the Chinese Embassy to dance in the festivals leading up to the Beijing Olympics and dancing in Tiananmen Square.
Savannah has been graced with numerous regional & national awards in groups & solo competitions. She was Dance Masters of America's Teen Miss Dance of Oklahoma 2007 and Miss Dance of Oklahoma 2009. She placed 3rd overall in the tap audition at Teen Miss Dance of America in NYC. She served two consecutive terms as the DMA Jr. Member president, and was also a member of the pre-professional tap team, The St. Louis Hoofers Club under the direction of the world renowned Robert Reed II. Her choreography has won numerous choreography awards, and her students have won DMA, ADA, and Encore state championships, as well as National Miss Encore 2012, and spots on pom squads, including OU Pom. She is an active member of her home church, and enjoys ministering with dance at church conferences and services. She is an alumni of Southwestern Christian University with her Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science and Creative Arts and a minor in Bible.
Colossians 3:23 is her favorite verse: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men."
MICHAEL TARDIBONO
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Michael Tardibono began dancing at the age of four and has trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acro, Hip-Hop, and Lyrical for over a decade. Michael was cast in a professional Christmas show in Branson, MO, at the age of nine and has been personally invited to audition for two Broadway musicals. Competing with Dance Masters of America, Michael achieved several titles such as Petite Master Dance, Jr. Mister Dance, Teen Mister Dance, and Mister Dance of Oklahoma, Chapter #27. At a national level, Michael has won 2nd Runner-Up Jr. Mister Dance of America, 4th Runner-Up Mister Dance of America, and 1st Runner-Up Mister Dance of America. Michael has been teaching at Dove Dance for over eight years and is a certified teacher with Dance Masters of America. His choreography has placed in national overall standings and has won special judges awards.
Dance has given Michael multiple ministry opportunities throughout his training. In 2013 Michael traveled to Colombia with Dove Dance and People to People Ministries for a missions trip where local schools were able to take dance classes and workshops. He has been privileged enough to dance in the Feast of Tabernacles for many years and also local churches in Oklahoma City. He enjoys pouring into the next generation of dancers and strives to encourage them to grow in their dancing and glorify The Lord.
MICHELLE TARDIBONO
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Michelle has been involved in the entertainment industry since she was a child. She trained competitively in ballet, tap, jazz, acrobatics, and lyrical at Dove Dance School for fifteen years. During her competitive years, she placed state and nationally including 1st Runner Up Miss Dance of Oklahoma. When she was nine years old, she was cast under contract in Branson, Missouri in DINO’S Christmas Spectacular as an ensemble and lead performer for the 46 show run. She toured with DINO for two seasons following the resident show in Branson. Her performance credits include BSC National Halftime Game Performance, Oklahoma Children’s Miracle Network Gala, FOX TV pilot “Kids Can Dance, Too!”, and most recently an ensemble performer in the North American premiere of Derek Deane’s “Strictly Gershwin” with the Tulsa Ballet.
Michelle’s students have gone on to receive many accolades at a state and national level, including placing Top 10 at Petite and Junior Miss Dance of America. Michelle has also received choreography awards for her pieces including American Dance Awards Young Choreographer award at the Oklahoma regional event, as well as the overall choreography award for the regional event in 2019. She has choreographed for Dance Masters of America in their national convention for their 12 and Under Performing Arts Scholarship competition with young dancers from the USA and Canada.
Michelle holds her BS in Entertainment Business with a minor in History from the Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment at Oklahoma City University. She has served as wardrobe supervisor and assistant stage manager during her college career as well as other jobs after graduation. Michelle also serves as the national publicity and social media coordinator for Dance Masters of America and serves as the secretary for the Central Tri State Chapter 27. Currently pursuing her masters degree in Nonprofit Leadership with a focus in Arts Administration, Michelle continues to love the business side of the arts and entertainment industry. There is no show without the business!
Elizabeth Prince, Acrobatic Instructor
Makenzie Mason
Makenzie, a college freshman, has a love for dance and theatre. She has trained at Dove Dance School, since the age of three, in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, lyrical and acrobatics. At 11 years old, she competed in her first dance competition, placed top ten, and was invited to perform with the Elite Dance Team at Encore Nationals in Las Vegas. She has since been awarded Dance Master’s of America’s first runner-up, Teen Miss Dance 2016 and Miss Dance of Oklahoma 2017. At a national level, she was awarded the overall tap audition scholarship with Dance Master’s of America. She has received several convention scholarships, placed at many competitions, won several special judges awards, and was honored to receive the Esther award through Dove Dance for godly character.
Community performances she has been a part of include: Shawnee Trail Days, the State Fair, Drama Club Connections, and back up dancer for American Idol Finalist, Phil Stacy. She has danced in multiple ministry events, such as performing at The Children’s Center in Bethany, Community Christmas performance at North Church, “One Big Party” Student Ministry Outreach Event, and many church conferences.
She is an active member in her home church, working in the church nursery, children’s church, Vacation Bible School and leading a middle school girl’s small group within the student ministry.
Makenzie has enjoyed assisting and teaching dance over the last three years. She is attending Oklahoma Baptist University to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education, with an emphasis in Special Education, to fulfill her love for teaching children.

Ashlyn Scoon
Ashlyn started dancing when she was 6 years old. She trained at various dance schools for 11 years, studying classical ballet, Pointe, jazz, tap, contemporary, lyrical, and modern. She was crowned Miss Dance of Chapter 27 of 2018, after all the hours of hard work and dedication. Ashlyn has a love for teaching young children to dance and has choreographed multiple dances for her church. She aspires to help those who can't afford the opportunity to dance at a studio and use her dance to minister to people.

Olivia Warner
Olivia grew up in a small town in Oklahoma. There she took dance classes at the Dance Center ran by Kathy Mckay, and performed in musicals. Olivia took advantage of every opportunity she had to sing, act, or dance. She recalls as a child not being able to pick which discipline was her favorite. Olivia made the best of her small town by performing in talent shows, singing every Sunday at church, performing Hannah Montana impersonations, volunteering as emcee for award ceremonies, dancing in rap music videos, and etc. Olivia's favorite memory from her childhood performances is in 2nd grade when she played an Australian zookeeper. Olivia is a Dance Performance graduate from the famed Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment at Oklahoma City University. In addition to the intensity of the dance training, Olivia has refined her vocal and acting technique by taking lessons at the Wanda L. Bass School of Music on the OCU campus. After graduation, she plans to pursue the stage in music theater, theater, and concert dance. Olivia is married to the love and surprise of her life, Dillon Warner. "I have always been so independent, and never planned on marrying until Dillon came into my life. The only way to describe him is a gift from heaven. I know God sent me Dillon, because I could have never planned or imagined a relationship so full of love, laughter, and miracles. He is my rock and supports me like no other."
